Jackie Garbe

  • Jackie Garbe (she / they) teaches a simple, breath-focused yoga and meditation class. Her practice blend the polarities of different yogic traditions, both modern and ancient, cultivating safe space for students to connect with their bodies and emotions: cultivating presence, self-compassion, and healing from within.

    Her teaching and practice are rooted in metta, to bring awareness to the true nature of the self: the basic goodness that exists within all beings. She has trained in Ashtanga yoga with Kristin Leigh and Barbara Verocchi of the Shala Yoga House, Katonah yoga with Cari Friedman, Meridian Yoga Therapy & Yin with Rose Erin Vaughan and Trauma Informed Yoga with Mora Yoga.
