Science-based
We believe it’s important to know the why’s behind wellbeing. In our classes you’ll learn about the sympathetic and parasympathetic nervous systems, the right and left brain, why certain somatic practices help us feel grounded and more.

Flows that Feel Good
Seeing as all of our bodies are different, we’re all about options and supporting you in finding poses that feel like a “yes” in your body. We also have “buddy taught” classes that offer energetic assists, where students can have one on one time with teachers if they wish.

Trauma informed
All of our instructors are trauma-informed, which means they lead with the understanding that you are the expert of your own body. Our classes emphasize grounding, inclusive language and choice throughout.

Time for Integration
We have curated our studio space with care to help with grounding pre-class and integrating post-class. You will find Nervine teas, fruits, chocolate, art materials, essentials oil, card decks, a cozy corner for you to explore and more.
