Grounding. Dynamic. Mindful.
Jackie’s signature breath focused flow is an all-levels and beginner friendly vinyasa class, grounded in embodiment and the practice of cultivating mindfulness and compassion for the self and for one another. BFF centers the breath, as a powerful tool to ground in comfortable and safe presence, and as a guide to help ease into different postures. Classes include moments of stillness, dynamic movement, and a guided meditation into final resting pose.
