Anthea’s Trauma Informed Flow blends art journaling, yoga, chi gong, breathwork and guided visualization, drawing on elements of EMDR resourcing, mind body medicine, and neuroscience.
This style of yoga emphasizes grounding & self-regulation practices, choice, inclusive language, focusing on the feeling of a pose rather than form, and allowing your body to be your guide. This class is designed for all, whether you are actively healing from trauma, experiencing PTSD, looking to decompress from stress and anxiety, or interested in experiencing a new style of yoga.
